Amex offer help

I have the Amex BCE card. When I signed up they were offering the $100 cash back after spending $1,000. I recently hit the spend requirement and emailed Amex to make sure my account was signed up for the offer so I didnt miss out. Well they emailed me back saying theres not offer connected to my account. Im not sure if this is because I had to recon to get approval or not. There asking for the 4 digit offer ID or POID number. I can't find the email as this was two months ago I probably deleted it. Anyone know how to find the offer ID online? Thanks for the help

I don't know ;( the email I wrote mentioned that offer, but idk if they wont honor it w/o the ID. Weird stuff I know.

On the bright side, my first 61 days are up and was approved for a CLI from $2000 to $6000. Now if only I can find the Offer ID that I need.

Sometimes Amex's offers are for new card members, maybe that is the issue since you have a zync card?

I got charged an annual fee for my green card when it was supposed to be waived. They did the samething and asked for my offer code so I sent them a secured email with the link to their americanexpress website for the green card and copied and pasted the part where it said annual fee waived first year. They ended up crediting me back the annual fee after. Might work in your situation also.
