Hello everyone, My chase freedom card is currently enrolled in care one credit debt management program. At the beginning of the program about 1 1/2 years ago it was setup to be paid off and closed. Is there any way I can call chase credit services and request to keep the card open. care one said they cannot do it since they have an agreement with chase, this is why my interest rates are much lower. i started with around $7000 balance in Aug 2010, now I only owe $900 which I am paying off next month.

do you guys think chase would keep the account open since I have been a chase customer since 2006 and my paychecks are directly depositted every friday?

if so what number should i call?

Im not sure I would waste the INQ to go back to Chase, Who else was in the plan?

you will be completely out of plan next month or just paid off Chase?
