Is this a regular Account Review or something else. My other AR say account review at the top not American Express CO. Is this a different department looking at me or am i just nervous

I believe it's normal. Someone said in another thread that if they come from El Paso, they're okay. If they're from somewhere else (NC maybe?) then that's a big red flag that you're getting ready to be 'frisked'.

I have several from El Paso on my CRs. I freaked them out by PIF and they check on me about once a week.

You're nervous like I used to be. I have this one as well as soft account reviews from a Ft. Lauderdale office dotted on my EX report. Amex watches us all like a hawk. So long as you're behaving yourself, I wouldn't worry.
