Hi Everyone,

So today I just DID IT! I applied for the 3 cards I've been itching to try for. Chase Freedom & Amex Zync "need further review" (Pulled EXP which is my lowest) but staying optimistic, Discover more approved right away (Pulled EQ which is my highest) with a $8000 CL. That's the largest CL I've ever had!! So exciting, to be continued......

That's awesome! They may just need address and identity verification. Chase and amex needed that from me Good luck and contests on your discover. Their reps are great! I called today to ask questions and the rep was super helpful

Congrats! Discover pulled EQ for your approval (like they did for me but EQ was my lowest at the time), you REALLY landed a fantastic CL with them (and they are a great card in my experience so far). AMEX pulled EX but could check EQ (from what I hear, on rare occasion, all 3) if it's in review and being EX is your lowest I'd say we're going to be welcoming you to the AMEX family. Chase is picky so waiting for them to approve isn't unusual.

If you get all 3 (and I really think you will, knocking on wood so as not to jinx you lol) I'd say you've made it into prime land big time! Great work, those are all huge moves up from CreditOne and Orchard. Very nice scores too btw.

Seems like you may have really pulled a 3 app hat trick with those cards, they all kind of compete for each others business too it seems, so if you treat them well I think they'll be with you a long time and probably treat you right.

Awesome garden material I'd say!

I'm betting your fine with all three. If you had applied for an Amex revolver I would be a little more worried but not for the Zync. Freedom should be an easy one as well. I'd give them both a call on their recon lines and verify your ID as I'm betting that's all they need to approve the app. That is a great starting line with Discover, I thought my $5k was good. What's you highest reporting limit?

Thanks a lot guys!! Fingers are crossed that I get the other two. The Orch/Cap1/Cred1 are all older Orch is 6 years old so Ill prob keep that for AAOA. My highest reporting limit is $536, I went over the limit w/Cap1 once. I've been rebuilding since last year EQ started at 568

Color me impressed: 3 rebuilderish cards with $500 or less CL's, to a $8000 CL with Discover? Wow

UPDATE!!

Chase said YES $3,500 CL! AMEX said no, I called for a recon and had to fax my EQ & TU credit reports (they pulled EXP) so I'm still waiting for them to review. I was in Target last night (as usual) I applied for the RedCard received $3,000. I applied for Barclay's B&N Mas they said no due to lates on my HSBC CC (The one I have been begging for a goodwill, that they refuse to give, yeah that one!) So I'm happy, I just hope I get the AMEX ****Fingers Crossed**

hahahahhha That's similar to the cashier's response She was like "So your definitly putting it on your new card right" I looked at the slip real quick and saw the temporary credit limit of $1,200, as I looked closer the full credit limit was $3,000. To bad its not a Visa oh well

I think most of us are in awe of the RedCard CL with Target! From what I've read, anything over the 1000 mark for Target is very rare, not impossible, just rare, kind of like a 4 leaf clover........ in January
