Citi / RadioShack AnswersPlus SP?

I've noticed Citi doing very regular SP's on my report... every 2-3 months for the past 2 years. I opened a Radio Shack AnswersPlus card in June of 2010, but I haven't had any Auto CLI from them. Card has been PIF after each use... Carried a balance for maybe 2-3 months at one point.

Anyone know if i req a CLI if it's a hard or soft pull from Citi?

They have changed a lot and you can't trust reps most time but I would give it a try... they must be softing for a reason!

Since I see them SP on all 3 reports I can't risk a HP if I don't know precisely which one its on.

Card has been dormant for 12 months... maybe I need to buy my next set of AA batteries from RadioShack and show some activity?

Send an offer? meaning offer to apply for a new citi credit card or offer for CLI?

I have not received an "offer" before to increase my CLI but Citi is known to start blowing up your mailbox with pre-approvals for other cards and products if they like what they see on your first card!

Have you called them yet? Call 3-4 times, call back to back on a day shift and back to back on a night shift and "Inquire" about CLI and HP vs. SP. but if dormat I would really use it first.
