So i used amexs bill pay on my phone yesterday and it came out of my account already and will post today. Alot faster then sending it from my bank

You will almost always have faster posting by doing it from the creditors website... Capital One/ Bank of America / Chase all have same day posting next day clearing

I have two capital one cards and they both take at least a day to go show even the new credit being available. Amex shows credit available right away.

You can't very well expect them to make your credit available before the money is properly deducted from your bank, which is next day it just posts for balance/interest purposes same day before a specific cut off

I have the $200 hard limit zync card and as soon as I pay using their bill pay system I can immediately use the credit. That's why I don't mind the hard limit as much.

Chase for me is same day because i have chase checking account boa wont let me add an exteernal account .
