Add Another AMEX Revolver?

I got an Amex PR Gold back in January and decided to app for the Amex Blue last week. Was approved with a 3k CL! Any thoughts on apping for the Delta Skymiles now? Is it to soon?

My PR Gold was backdated to 1992, so I'm assuming my Blue will be backdated as well.

Oh well in that case I would assume that your AAoA would likely increase ~ any new AMEX that you open will be backdated to 92 as well.

Just curious, what are your scores? Do you have any baddies?

I also would like to app for Amex Blue but thought I should wait until my PR Gold is one year old which is in Oct 2012.

So from experience, is apping for a second Amex revolver a week later a bad idea or the worst that can happen is a decline?

If you are declined it will only be a soft pull....hard pull if approved.

Nope, you only have to wait 30 days from your most recent rejection before applying again.

Well, I pulled the trigger and got the further review message. Went to the app status site and APPROVED for Gold Delta Sky Miles! Any way to find out the CL tonight?

Wow, congrats ! Seems like people have called in to find out their CLs if I recall correctly......It might be too soon since you were just approved, but you could always give it a shot.

for me they pulled Experian and the pre-card-congrats letter said that was 731
