topic CSP authorized user? in Credit Cards

About to get the CSP. How much is it to add my wife as an AA? And will the card be reported in her credit report the same way it will on mine? In trying to boost her score.

C3, I don't think there is additional cost for AU. However, depending on her credit file, a newly open CC isn't likely to help her all that much.

@Anonymous wrote:
To be an AA do they do a hard pull?

I've added my SO as an AU to my CSP. They do not do a hard pull, they don't even ask for their soc. #. Which means, unless you share something in common, last name, address, etc. it's possible it might not report at all. It does for my SO because we share an address. It helped her file tremendously. This may not be true but i think it helped her go from a secured boa card, to her own chase freedom siggy and Amex gold in less than 6 months. Not the only thing of course, I helped her remove a collection. But I'm sure the 6k trade line swayed her Amex app.
