Yep Eric..Thats where I got the number at CB... Orchard phone reps may be overwhelmed by now... But it sure worked well yesterday....

Thanks for the telephone number! I called 5 minutes ago and received a $200 CLI. I noticed that my Utilization on my credit report was bad because of the $300 limit, by the time the CB was getting the information it made me look like I was overextended, however the balance is ALWAYS paid in ful, and on time. I basically use it as a glorified debit card.

Pulled Scores today

EXPERIAN: 655 up from 634

EQUIFAX: 634 - Showed me as over utilized - no change in score

TRANS U: 609 - Showed me as over utilized - down from 620

Any suggestions on a new card to apply for based on the above?

Thank you for the info. I was turned down for a CLI by a CSR last week. I just called the number posted and was approved for a $500 CLI with no fee, no hard pull. Yeah! The CSR did ask how I got the number. I told him that I threatened to close my account and as referred - which is somewhat true.

I just called, got $100, but they did say there would be a ten dollar fee. That's still better than the $ 25 fee last time I got an increase. Not sure if it works for HSBC, if anyone knows, please post.

I would like to report that I have just received a $200 CLI and I HAVEN'T EVEN GOTTEN THE CARD IN THE MAIL YET!!! ::happydance::

The very helpful rep on the phone said to call in periodically as I wrangle with my issues on my CR, and they'll increase me and negotiate my APR. Considering my APR is 8.9%, I'll just have the CLI's, thanks!!

I called the #, they offered me $100 for a $15 fees. I said no thanks. They said it is soft only, i would wait and see if this is true.
