i dont know for the 1st report, i think i was approved around the 20th and it showed up after the 1st, thats when their account cycle.

Ummm......

I got my truck and my wife's car refi'd with PSECU and the guy slipped in I was pre approved for a 9k VISA.....

I accepted, 1 HP for 3 products!!

I won't hold that one against you, although you'll have to turn in your Silver Spade. Being able to refinance your vehicles at a lower interest rate to save money is a good thing, and a good use of the work you have done on your credit. The Visa that was offered during your refinance is a plus. I would have done the same. There's a difference between an opportunity that was presented to you (which can be a rare thing) and actively (frantically) seeking new credit just to have.

The only downside is that the PSECU VISA is just about the ugliest card I've ever seen!

Yea - the cards are a bit on the ugly side - but - that's fine. The combo PSL / Visa is awesome and it wil report both to all 3...

Congrats again LS - that was a very smart play on your part and the PSL / Visa is a nice side-line bonus too!
