HSBC GW IGNORED!!!!!!!

I GW'd my Best Buy card (HSBC) and they've completely ignored it. Does anyone have a backdoor address or number for them? It's been 30 days.

I don't know if this will help but I learned a long time ago if u get on the phone and don't get what u want keep asking to talk to the boss. If that don't help ask to talk to someone else. Most companies won't hangup up on u. Even if it takes calling 3 r 4 times a day everyday. I got rid of a couple of lates and a paid charge off that way. Just make them get to the point where they just get tired of u calling. LOL

HSBC is not the best with goodwill unfortunately.
