Has anybody got a CLI from KOHLS recently????

Had my account for 6 months called for CLI, states they are still changing over system, not giving anyone CLI at this time, anyone else heard the same things? Or is it some made up story. Pay in full every month, never late. Sounds just like what orchard bank did for awhile. Guess that don't want the school shopping business. OH Well!

friend got cli via soft from them in july.

I called a few days ago, and got the same "we don't do that right now" response.

I've had my Kohls card since 11/09, and I've never gotten a CLI.

called 3 weeks ago and no

called today and said same bs answer.

but he did say try back in a few weeks.

i dont believe it but he claims they are in an upgrading phase of the that system.
