Discover IT conversion

Spoke to the IT department today for the conversion. Having my Discover More converted.

- Same alternating reward structure as the More but wit hthe few added perks.

The direct number to the 'it' department is 800-347-3085. They will do the conversion for you right there.

Did they give you an idea about when you would be receiving the card?

5-7 business days but they can expedite it.

Card number stays the same..cashback stay intact.

So the rotating 5% cashback categories are all the same on the More or It?

What about the little random cashback bonus stuff on the More? Like 2% on fathers day, 2% in your birth or anniversary month, double days last month where you got 2% everywhere? Are those available on it too?

If the rewards are all the same I will just stick with my More. It has a picture of the stanley cup on it.

That is true. However you can still use your more cards until they expire. So order a bunch of your favs before you do the product change. The world will end way before your more cards will expire so your good .

I made the switch from More as well. I should be getting the IT card in a couple days. I too think its slick looking.

Maybe i'm just out of the loop but I feel like the IT card is pretty lacking in advertisement/was super hard to find the page for it on DIscover's website. I'm not sure whether I will PC or not, it would be super helpful it was actually listed in any of their comparison offerings type pages, instead of versuses other issuer's cards.

Converted mine today, have to wait until this coming statement cur for the card to be shipped. It is a sharp looking card!
