      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;i noticed that on my WaMu bank statements, my overdraft availability is getting increased in $100 increments. i never signed up for overdraft protection and do not have a WaMu credit card, SO how do they decide who qualifys, for how much? is every customer offered this service?&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
