Capital One Executive Office: UPDATE!!!!!

Yesterday i emailed Capital One's CEO regarding some complaints i have with them. I wasnt sure if it was his real email address or not, but i just got off the phone with a very nice lady from the CEO's office who talked to me about the complaints i have and agreed that Capital One is a very conservative lender and alot of the time too conservative. She asked me for some info like annual income and what other financial obligations i have. She gave me her direct number and said she will be personally handling this complaint. She also commended me for my tactics hahaha. She told me that the CEO had reviewed my email and forwarded it to her personally. I was very surprised that i even got a response. Well see what happens from here. She said i should here from her within the next couple days.

I will keep you guys updated!

UPDATE!!

logged on to cap1 today to find my 1000cl bumped up to 2000!

i am so surpised right now i dont know what to do! Thank you myFico people because i would of never know to do any of this.

I'd like to see the outcome of this before i start giving out the email adress. im also not quite sure which one it is because i just took his name and tried a bunch of different ways i thought his email would be @capitalone.com

I called up the executive office not too long ago because a csr changed my account number after i told them my replacement card never arrived in the mail and had probably been lost, but the csr never told me that my number had been changed. Went to make a fairly large purchase and got denied, needless to say it was embarassing xD
The woman i spoke with had my card overnighted amd gave me a $50 credit adjustment. I was surprised by the adjustment to say the least, i just wanted my card overnighted. :-)

@jsucool76 - that should be expected for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, CLI, GW renders them USELESS. Those are the only topics that go hand-in-hand with Capital One.

Got a voicemail from the women i talked to last wednesday, she said to call her back but i couldnt call her back until a few minutes ago because i was in a conference and she had already left for the day. ill most likely talk to her tomorrow. Something i noticed is that the number i have is the executive office but its not on the backdoor numbers thread. Ill give the number out once this is over.

Believe me, i am too! I received the call from her today and i the reason she called yesterday was to let me know she is still working on it. Its in underwriting right now so she will let me know as soon as she hears anything. When i first talked to her last week she asked my annual income and like 10 minutes before she called today i had my annual evaluation and got a significant raise so i told her about it. I hope it helps!

I wont forget to update when i get a decision so dont worry guys!

Your thread was encouraging enough that I actually sent a letter to Chase CEO. Today I also got a call from an executive saying the she'll be taking care of my concern and she gave me her contact information. Cool!

Who was the person you talked to? What email did you use for the CEO?
