For my Visa/Mastercards, PayPal allows me to pick if I want to use their currency conversion or my card's, while there is no such option for Amex.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>I first charged a non-US payment and then a US payment to my Amex card. Both say they went through on PayPal, however a day later, only the second (US) payment has posted to my Amex account.
