After recently getting a BoA CC I got a letter stating that they had given me credit based on my Experian score which was 664. Is this my Experien FICO or some other number? The numbers I get from TU for Experian are 684.

It mentions that the scale for scores is between 300 and 850.

Yes, this is your true EX Fico score. You can't purchase your EX Fico score anywhere, only with a lender pull and I believe a couple of credit unions do offer them for free as a monthly update.
