Was going to wait, and actually was going to have DH apply. However, I didn't feel comfortable having him pick up an unsecured loan in just his name for a bathroom remodel my rental property that I had before we were married... Not to say that we are planning to ever split up, and he was more than willing to do it. But uhm.... ya

No income verification required. They did the approval over the phone which was awesome. I applied for a car loan refi back in March and sent them bank statements and investment account statements... maybe that did it for them

I asked for 15k, they gave it. all is well

Congrats! That's the max they do for NavChek. Everyone gets the same %. The LOC amt is determined by your creditworthiness. It's nice to have as a backup and helps w/util, too.

Yep; I decided not to wait after I found out my contractor is having double shoulder replacement and I wanted to make sure I got the work done this year for tax reasons. When I found out how much the remodel on two bathrooms would cost I had a kneejerk reaction to open this LOC. My husband will still apply for a loan with them and we will pay off what I charge to the LOC with the loan so that I will be back to 0% utilization and he will be building credit with the loan.

Thanks. I have some deposits from wepay going into that account; about 2k per month. Also have my husbands disability going into our joint shares account. From my understanding DD is not required
