My plan to maximize cashback on this purchase is to do it through ShopDiscover on October 6th.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Best case scenario, I will get 2% back for double cashback day, 5% back for online shopping, and 5% back for ShopDiscover, for a total of 12% cashback.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>I see that ShopDiscover 5% cashback for BestBuy prohibits "mobile plans." I am wondering if they will classify the phone purchase as a mobile plan since it includes a contract extension. Also, I see that 5% quarterly bonus for online shopping doesn't apply to bix box retailers.
