Just be aware, I think the cashier has to scan something at checkout for you to get the special offer. I remember reading something about that on here one day.

It varies. I made a $600 jewelery purchase a few years ago on my Walmart store card, and it automatically showed up as a promotional balance online for being over $500.

Yeah got an email on that offer also. I wish they would just upgrade me to Discover version.
