Instant approval for the Chase Marriott Rewards Premier Visa

I was instantly approved for the Marriott Premier visa signature late last week, and the free night certificate / silver status is already in my account. They approved me for $6500 which is my biggest limit so far! Hopefully the card will arrive soon so I can get my 50,000 bonus points.
I also got a $75 statement credit and waived annual fee the first year!

Thanks! FICO scores are low to mid 700's. Not much history, oldest account being 3 years. AAoA is 1.5 years. No negs, or anything of that nature. Util is around 10% revolving.

Thanks for all the feedback, guys! I was really surprised myself, not only from the low AAoA, but also my lower limits on the other cards. I didn't figure it'd be Chase to issue my first credit account over $5,000 to qualify for the VISA Sig. I was going to wait for my 61 day Amex CLI before I applied, but I went ahead and said what the hell.

Jlu, a Courtyard will always offer you free breakfast. Always "recon" with a manager and get some points. Marriott has some great properties, even though you experienced a bad one.
