just call them about cl up . the lady ask me how much do you want your cl up sir ? Miss I would like up to 5k please . Sir can you hold a second let me check ? yeah miss .

30 second she say sir your cl now is 5 k

hahahahah happy day . account open is 5 month old.

What is your credit score? I received the Hooters Card two months ago with $1000 CL and got it up to $742 within a month but paid in full with first invoice now it sets idle. I also have the Merrick Card Paid in full as well.

I would like to ask for CL increase but do not want to be turned down.

I dont know my score now , because too many inq in this month , score may be 700 up . but on hooters card I used alot befor , my bonus now 5900 point . ( cl 1500 ) I alway pif last month I charged only 560 then I paid in full befor closing day , when they report to CRAs O balance . Yesterday I charged $ 42 . take a change nothing you loose . Lady told me they not check cr . only thing they look how you used the card.

Not bad.. alot of people have had good luck with them. Occasionally they are hard to obtain though for some reason, so take care of that card

Ok, I've had my Hooters for almost six months, so this inspired me to call Cs and request Cli. Couldn't get an immediate answer, the rep said she was having computer problems and that someone would get back to me within 24 hours. She was extremely nice. Out of curiosity, I log in to my account, and guess what? Cli from 700 to 2800! Woo hoo! Thanks Op for sharing your info.

Well i was just declined for a CLI. I'm not shocked considering I havn't used the card that much the last 2 month. GONGRATS

So I call and ask for an increase and I get the 7-10 day review plus was told a hard hit on credit......Just my luck...lol

Hi Sales Lady,

The 7-10 is not a show stopper. I had Hooters for 3 months at $5100, called in January for CLI...got the 7-10 message. After a few days, I logged in and had $8K. They did do a hard pull and my TU score is 696.

Anyway i had Hooters since last nov-07 & my cl is $1100 and i been using their card a lot . So i am hoping when i call next month i can get a good increase . wish me luck .

I think I am going to call as well. My account is sitting with a $0 balance and CL of $2000. I got my card in 9/2007. So close to 5 months... Going to make a night out of it, something to do..

I tried to get a CLI yesterday after reading this and I did not have good luck. I have had my card since 07/07 with no automatic CLI. I was initially apporved with TU score of 499. My CL is 1000. I have used the card quite a bit and always PIF. My TU score is now up to 689. I asked for the CLI and she put me on hold and then came back and said they could not do it. I was really bummed. I checked EX today and see Hooters did a hard pull with them for the CLI, thats why I was denied. EX is still my lowest score.

I luv Hooters. I applied first of Feb. Got approved online. Got card in mail couple days ago.

$6500 CL. They pulled TU in Texas. Score was 699.

Well -- got home from work, made a little coffee, baked some bread, grabbed the newspaper, watched a little news, took a nap, then called Hooters Mastercard. Turns out they wanted to pull all three of my credit reports(Tu,Eq, and EX), a hard pull, I didn't go for it..
