I've read posts here that Chase will send new card if it really bothers you, but it will only scratch again. Mine has a few scratches, but I'm not concerned. I find some of the reactions and comments pretty cool though.

That's true. I actually have 4 of these laying around. I had originally request 2, 1 for my wallet and 1 for my office. I got my first one and it actually had a deep gauge on it. I called and requested another one. They ended up sending me two. And then another one showed up in my mail. lol.

I actually am only using the 1st one they sent me for now as I haven't had a chance to call and activate another one. But I am going to frame one as it is my first "ultra prime" card after all the hard work.

Chase sent two in the first envelope. One's in storage, waiting to make an appearance when the first one gets ugly. I guess, in that way, the CSP is like a trophy wife.

I'm still waiting for a comment from someone. What do I need to get a reaction, a Palladium?

congrats mine was shiny also when i got it now its all scartched up from being swiped to much
