American Express Decision Timeframe

How long does it typically take AmEx to make a decision? I applied for a BCP on Sunday and the application is still stating "in progress".

When i applied for SPG the took 6 days to denied me lol

Mine took a while and then was approved for 15k..so be patient

When I applied, it initially gave me the "7-10 days" message. I checked the app status site literally a minute later and it had approved me. I'd consider this an instant approval.

Then I called right away to get my CL which was $5400, my highest at the time was $4250

I would definitely call in and see if they need any more info to approve the application.
