How high is your DCU limit?

I'm curious to know how generous is Digital Credit Union with credit limits on their visa cards? My starting limit is 3K but I wonder if DCU is generous in CLI after 6 months, and how high is your card limit now?

i was approved for 7.5k but was giving a cli to 10k when i call them to do a BT.

How long after you got your card did you get the increase?

2 months i think. when i called to do a BT i told them about my NFCU being at 10k which was gonna be better for my utl but the apr with them was better. i was put on hold and the lady told me they were able to raise my cl to 10k

Oh that's good news! I just got mine with a 7500 limit in September and I was wondering how soon they would increase it.

Oh one other question, did they have to do a HP?

no they didnt. i didnt ask for the cli...i just mentioned that and the lady went on saying on how they appreciate my business and blah blah and said she was gonna see if she could raise my cli so it wouldnt affect my ult like i mentioned

They gave me $1,500 CL based on my income because I have a thin file at the moment. I was just recently approved a week ago so I'd like to know about CLI too....

I'm excited about this card it's my first non toy limit card and the services seem very nice.I was impressed that the card has rental protection for renting cars. No more paying insurance when renting cars while out of town.

did any of you had to provided proof of income? i had to drive to a branch to give them paystubs and statements

I didn't have to provide proof of income but I have read that others have. The only thing I had to provide was my DL and SSN card.

Most have to and especially if the credit limit is sizable. Once a history is established with DCU things like POI will not be as important I would think.

if you ask for a cli they most likely will ask you for them.

Sweet limit.I sense high scores on your credit report. I have a feeling DFCU will offer a nice limit once history has been established with them.
