Cap1 Late Statements

I have quite a few (5) Cap1 cards (hey, they helped rebuild post bk!)...I've noticed for the past few months the statements have been closing 2-7 days later than normal. Is anyone else having the same issue with them?

I don't think mine was later than usual....how/why would anyone get 5 Cap1 cards? I think the max is 2 isn't it?

I got 3 cards

and no, my statements have closed the same. One due on the 27th and it closes on the 2nd or 3rd and one due on the 2nd and it closes on like the 5th

the other is due on the 15th and it closes on the 18th i think

The max is 2 regular Cap1 cards. I also have one of their Sparks Business cards and 2 of their co-branded cards (Kohls and Best Buy).

My statement closing date has also been off. Actually they did not generate a statement for me at all in November but hopefully I will get a statement this month.

I am another person who is grateful for Capital One helping with my recovery post BK!

For me I haven't noticed an issue with closing of statements as it still takes about 3 days after due date, however for both my cards I noticed this month the due date moved by 1 day. Instead of 20th its 21st and instead of 16th its 17th. It was always consistent. I thought new regulation took care of days being moved.

I had this issue back in September, they posted late and even moved my due dates back a few days. Since then they've posted the statements later than they used to based on the new due date, but still within the regulatory 21 days--just barely.

My statements usually cut 3-4 days after the due date, but this month 2 of the cards are currently 9 days past the due date and still nothing. I noticed last month 2 other of my Cap1 cards were late closing, but only by an extra 2 or 3 days.

My statement finally cut today. 57 days in my last billing cycle. Weird. Hope that does not become a recurring theme

My last statements cut regularly, but I haven't received the December one.

You can decide when the statement cuts, however. There is a place in the web site where you can customize your date. I found that very useful.

I have 5 crappy one accounts =/ 2 plat and the HSBC ones they acquired(HSBC Plat, Best Buy RZ & orchard) 5 cap ones reporting on my CB =/
