Credit Cards that are generous/lenient with CLI's(no HP's)?

Which are known to be generous with CLI's with regular/frequent use? They can be both requested (as long as it's a SP) or Auto-CLIs. Maybe we could compile a list?

any ge cards.

walmart has grown from 800 to 5k since july and i only ran about 500 through it.

GECRB credit cards like Walmart, JCPenney, and many more. American Express is also known for soft CLI's.

GE Money Bank now known as GE Capital Retail Bank (GECRB) is as generous as they come allowing regular user requested CLI's every 4-6 months with only soft pulls.

I heard Amex is also good with their CLI's allowing 3X limit increase on their revolvers after only 60 days following approval of the card.

Customer initiated CLI's are HP's, unless you escalate to the Chase executive office YMMV. They also do random auto CLI's.

Okay thanks. Are the auto increase pretty generous? I'm wondering how often (on average) Chase does auto increases.

G.E : every 4 months CLI request soft pull.

Amex : 3x after 60 days approval. 6 months after that. 1k-->61 days ---> 3k. 8 months mark : 9k. 6 more months 9 * 3 = 27k.

ive had my freedom since july and have put about 3k through it and the auto cli from 500 to 1k right after my 5th statement.

but as stated any customer intiated cli is a hard pull.

Nordstrom has grown from $4K to $12K in the past year and a half for me. Mostly soft pulls.

Macy's is soft pull for their store card. I've gone from $100 to over $4K. All softs

Not always soft, but NFCU and USAA. I've also seen high CLs from DCU, but again don't know if CLIs are hard of soft.

PenFed can be very generous. The CLI's are soft pulls via quarterly preapprovals.

Just as a data point, I have 2 PenFed credit cards with credit limits totaling 50,000. They started off at 15,000 each, increased via soft pulls.

Is the Amex example real (i.e. your experience)? There have been questions about whether the CLI goes from under 25K to over 25K without more documentation.
