I see it this is awesome! Can I transfer a balance from navcheck to the credit card and still get 0%

I have a balance on navcheck that will be paid off in april

Finally! Now when I don't need it. Seems like they took forever to bring it back. It's good until end of Feb, so you never know.

Nope. They won't let you transfer from another Navy Federal account....

This is great! I was hoping they would do it again this year. Last year, thankfully, I didn't need it. Also noticed there is NO BT fee! I've never seen that anywhere else. Am I reading that right? They don't even charge the 3% most do? Or am I confused?

Also, I'm wondering if I should use this opportunity to app for another CC w/them. I have Cash Rewards and NavChek. (NavChek is 0 bal and CC is used for monthly expenses and PIF each month.) I was thinking their Plat might be a good card to carry a BT since there are no rewards and lower %. (I know there's no interest w/BT but still, in case there's a balance at the end.)

Does anyone know if odds are better w/a BT offer for a 2nd CC approval? I'm also concerned that I might hit their max per person, with my total CL w/them now. I think there were threads a while back about that. Does anyone know what their total CL for any one person might be?

Note: All balance transfer requests are treated as cash advances. Cash advance
interest charges will accrue from the date we post the advance to your account
through the date it is paid in full. The Annual Percentage Rate for balance
transfers is the same as purchases.

Typically when you make a BT with Navy Fed, the balance is treated like a cash advance.. and you start paying interest immediately once the balance transfer goes through but, keep in mind that Balances that are transferred will accrue interest at the balance transfer rate, which in this case is 0%... so basically, you will begin to pay 0% interest immediately once the balance transfer goes through .

Anyways... did some BTs yesterday... They all show up as pending cash advance which is weird.
