Sooo bad! I had the New Years itch! Instantly approved for CITI Thank you Preferred $6.5K! OK now to garden for 2 years LOL!

Drapping was here before me, maybe not by that name, but it existed and will continue to exist long after I leave this forum

Drapping is was and always shall be. Again Grats to OP on your great new card. Let me know what you think about Citi as I would like to start card with them (thinking Citi Forward).

As long as it was a card that you wanted to apply for you are good. I don't support or recommend drapping for cards you don't want and/or are not ready for.

I'm just waiting for the disclaimer. "Drap responsibly".

Although we do tease and have some levity, we do stress the point of only make informed, sound financial decisions. We pick on a few of our forum members here, but they do show the utmost concern and well being of their finances and they encourage others to follow suit. It's just a bit of a fun that is had. No financial or serious decision should be made while impaired. With that said.

What about Draffeining? That's drinking too much coffee while apping. Getting hyped up on caffeine and applying for more credit than you really should, in a frenzy.

That could had been me yesterday. I was meeting with client that owns coffee shop. Free good coffee can be a bad thing

Yup I was eyeing this card for a while so I am stoked that I got approved
