WHICH CC/CU ARE EXPERIAN OR TU EXCLUSIVE?

Need some help. Have a family member that would like to apply for a credit card with a credit union or bank credit card.Problem is their Equifax is not that clean.However they do have OK scores and some what clean reporting on their EX and TU.Which Credit Union could they get with a 630 score that is not military related? I'm trying to stir them away from subprime bank cards if possible.

-Chase has pulled EX for me exclusively

-Barclay has pulled TU for my last CC

-CITI has pulled EX for my last CC

-AMEX has pulled EX and know to pull EX, but may pull all 3 if you are boarderline

NY here:

EX - Chase, Citi, VS (Commenity), Lord&Taylor

TU - Barclay's, Discover

Never been pulled from EQ

With scores of 630 she should try cap 1 or maybe barclays

Barclays, like others have said seems TU exclusive, and GE seems to almost always pull TU as well.

Does Barclays have a visa/mastercard that my family member can qualify for with a 630 score?

USAA but they pull EQ for me in FL
