Future limits?

Since I got my highest limit ever. Will I be getting better limits in the future? I am asking because I would like to replace my boa card with a csp. I plan on starting to travel a lot now. So anythoughts?

assuming you take care of your credit and ask for clis every 6 months. hopefully SP. yeah you should continue to grow!

Why not ask boa to upgrade your 123 to travel rewards and your new card will have chip and pin.

I was shocked when I got my united visa siggy card. I still my want a csp since it has no foreign fees

I want my Freedom upgraded to Signature but don't believe it'll happen anytime soon.

I can do that but I am thinking about totally going to chase for most cards because they treat me well and I want a metal card

Well before this one my biggest limit on a visa was $2500.. And I had for no more then dix months at that limit. Now my biggest limit is $5000

afbar how many inq's do you have now under a year old?

i have a freedom that they auto cli for me.

when i applied for the card i had no major credit cards so yeah. they gave me a 500 limit even though i had store cards at 2.5k and 3.5k

now i have a 5k (major) as well. and the auto cli put me at 1k

maybe when my aaoa goes up ill ask to cli high enough for the siggy.

Chase want to see at least 1 year history with 5k+ before they give me a CSP. And ive tried 4 times. Hope you have better luck

That may be the general rule, but there are exceptions. My CSP came after less than 3 months of history with limits over $5k.

my goal this year is CSP I have always wanted a metal card. I will try late in the year let this one age at least 6 months....I plan on getting rid of at least 3 if not more cards.

Cards getting axed:

Cap1

BBY store Card

Kohls

Zync

Maybe Home Depot..

If i get CSP BoA will get axed...

As long as you are acknowledging that you may be sacrificing better rewards for the metal card...

i can't say which rewards cards offer better rewards because I don't know you're spending habits, but be sure to take a step back and think about if rewards or a metal card are more important to you. If the metal card wins, CSP it is

MY 123 Cash Rewards card is stuck in my sock drawer now that I have BCP. If I can upgrade it to the Travel Rewards card and get 1.5% cashback, then it'd be my go-to card for daily spending that isn't in other promo categories. Are you saying that I can upgrade it?
