They have not mailed me one, and nothing ever comes up pre-approved when using their online tool. However, I have on multiple occasions been told about pre-approvals when visiting a relationship banker at a branch.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>The pre-approvals that are offered at the branches seem to come from a different system. I had a pre-approval for Sapphire last November and was instantly approved.
