      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Citi Simplicity is out of the intro APR period, so I was thinking about doing a PC to a different card. What would be something else useful (I don't want an annual fee). My current card stable includes Amex BCP, Discover it, and Chase Freedom.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
