Love from THD/Citibank!!

I just got a CLI from The Home Depot/Citibank!! They had to do a hard pull on me but I went from a grand to 5 grand!! Its a 9 month old never used account. Gotta love the luv.

Congrats.. I know THD/Citi is the best combination card to have. They are very generous with CL.

thanks. I know that cacelling accounts is suposed to be bad but after getting a cli I axed cap1 and 1 hsbc account. I only lost 2k and account age isn't much effected by my decision.plus one other hsbc card dropped my apr 4 percent when I threatened them with cancellation just now.

It was the orange one. I also got a 2500 dollar increase on my citi prof to 5 grand also!

never had a CLI from them on a 14 month old HD account -- refused the hard pull (already too many INQ on EQ) so they are in the freezer (not just the sockdrawer) along with HSBC and JCP.

Thanks. Citi gave me a new hilton gold with 3k on it too. They are my new favorite bank.I've learned alot here at myfico boards thanks to quality people here and its helped me get lots of new credit and even helped me expunge an old bad that wasn't even mine and once its gone I'll pull all new scores but cras are just slow removing from records.
