Does BOFA Do HP When Adding Money to Secured CC?

I want to add money to my BOFA secured cc every time I get paid. I heard from another board that BOFA does a hard pull when you want a CLI, but does that apply to secured cc?

Unfortunately it is a HP. It happened to me when i increased my collateral from 600 to 2000 and have kept it at that amount cuz of that reason.
