So I've been on a credit freeze for the last 6 months building a house. Just closed on It yesterday. I've been with NFCU for about a month now and finally applied last night. Approved 5k cash rewards visa. I am 5 years post BK. Credit scores through lender are EQ693, EX711, TU689. Perfect payments for the last 5years. I have 2 CC now. Cap1 limit $1,500 and a Orchard stuck at $500. I've had the orchard for 2 year and when cap1 takes it over completely I'll shoot for a CLI to

at least match the other card. Thanks to everyone on here for all the great info.

Lol so I was feeling confident with this recent app and applied for the Discover It card. had to recon and was approved for 1k limit. This is with a BK on file in my credit report. She said because of my good payments for the last 5years is why I was approved. This has turned out to be a great weekend! 2 cap one cards with a total combined limit do 2k. My new NFCU 5k limit and the Discover IT 1k limit. Thanks everyone!

I'm really surprised that Discover approved me. The lady I spoke to on the phone was really nice. Didn't really say too much about my BK. That card should be here Tuesday. Navy said about 7 to 10 days on their card. I'm pretty happy with the limit Navy gave me.
