Did anyone receive Penfed ATM card???

I joined Penfed earlier last month. I sent it back the signature card for the membership. I requested to order the checks and a ATM card. I got the check but no ATM card. Do I suppose to get the ATM card. Did anyone receive it? Should I call them to ask for one?

Ron,

I haven't received my card either, so I called them this morning. The CSR I spoke to said that I should have received a letter telling me to confirm my pin. I told her that I didn't remember getting that letter, so she asked me a couple of questions and said my ATM card should arrive in 7-10 days. The number I called was (800) 247-5626. I hope this helps...

Thanks for the reply. I got the letter a few weeks ago. I haven't called to chose my PIN. I almosy forgot about it. I called them late. Others usually send the PIN and ATM cards separately. I guess they are all different.

Nope I didnt; I think I just by passed all of that stuff. I will pull out my docs and go look again.

I called Penfed CSR about the ATM Card. I had to confirm the PIN for the ATM card thru the automated system. By the way, the CSR asked me to apply for overdraft LOC again and I didn't get instant approved. My apps went to loan officer. I will hear within a couple of days. I don't think I will get approved.

I just checked my online account and it states I did not send my signature card. I will send Monday.

Thanks!!! I hope that they didn't HP. The csr told me it's weird to get credit card without overdraft LOC. It happened to me. I mailed it to OR address and it got lost. I filled out the online form and fax it to them. It took them almost a week to process.

Have to ask! Why Penfed checking? Cards are great, CD's are great, loans are great. But what is good about checking?
