Bk friendly card that reports to TU

Hi. I am trying to rebuild my credit. I filed chapter 13 bk in 11/06 and recd by discharge in 02/12. I opened a secured cap 1 and orchard card in 08/12 but they are not reporting on my TU report. I have a mortgage reporting but no revolving credit. Any advice on a bk friendly card that reports to TU? My TU fico score is 647.

Barclay's is one of the best BK-forgiveness creditors out there...you can try giving them a shot!
