I was simply stunned when she said sorry, there was nothing she could do.. Even after I told her I wanted to transfer my 111k trowe price brokerage over to them so everything was in one place.. Shocked.... I've never been late with them on anything, checking, cc or otherwise.. Never a bounced check and I have zero collections or lates on my credit report... The only negative marke on my credit was a foreclosure back in 2006.. That was on a Wells Fargo loan and the bank did not lose a cent on it because I put down 150k on the house when I bought it.. That is the only thing that is hurting my fico score..
