has anyone ever tried to open up a First National Card, which is a catolog card with 7500 credit limit with no credit check...If so, did it raise up your credit score

I APPLIED IT ON 2003 . WHEN MY CREDIT VERY BAD . AND THEY APPROVE FOR ME 7500 . THEY DID SEND THE CARD FOR ME , BUT I DID CUT IT AND FORGET 4 YEARS . LAST YEAR I CHECK MY CR , THEY DID REPORT TO MY TRANUNION , BY THAT TIME (03/07) I APPLIED DISCOVER THEY TURN ME DOWN AND SAY : CLOSE CC IF YOU DON'T USED . WE MIND APPROVE FOR YOU , THEN I CALL THEM CLOSE IT . ( HURT MY REPORT ) THEY DID HELP MY CR ALOT . ( ACCOUNT OPEN 02/03 TO 05/07 PAID AS AGREE : NEVER LATE ) 8 MONTH LATER AFTER I CLOSE THAT ACCOUNT AND RE APPLIED (02/08) DISCOVER THEY STILL TURN ME DOWN . I AM FEELING BAD NOW . TIRE WITH DISCOVER .

Hi steph and welcome to the forum!

I searched whogavemecredit.com and there were 2 listings for a 'First National' card. One from First National Bank of Omaha, and one for First National Bank of Maine.

I've never heard of just a "First National Card". sorry.

I received the same SCAM of an offer......It is almost funny that these scumbags think people will fall for it... it is almost sad how many people do fall for it!

They are not affiliated with any REAL ACTUAL BANK. (except yours when they take money out of your account..haha.)
