      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ebay is the best place to buy belts.&amp;nbsp; Don't worry about the rewards since you can save a lot more buying there.&amp;nbsp; You can probably find the shoes there but it might take a couple days to find your size in the ones you want.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Since you have a BCP, you get 3% back at department stores. Why not try some of the higher end stores like Nieman Marcus or Nordstrom? Also the Chase UR Mall has some decent bonuses going on right now - for example 4 extra points/dollar at Nordstrom.com (5% back).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
