It won't be a soft pull regardless for a new application. As for how many inquiries get lodged, tough to tell without knowing their loan origination system at an incredibly technical level, but I'd be betting on a HP on both non-frozen reports regardless.

Not certain how C1 treats frozen reports from an approval standpoint.

Its a safe bet they will tell you to unfreeze or provide them the code if what you are asking requires a hp.

On a SP, I don't really know as I have never encountered that particular twist.

I will tell you that when I applied for Kohls (Cap One) last year, I only had one credit report that was not frozen(TU) and I was instantly approved. However, I have no way of knowing if they would have only pulled that one report, had my others not been frozen.
