I hate waiting for balances, CLI, and new cards to report. It's like waiting for paint to dry. uggg!

CCC should be more clear when they report so my credit management addiction can be better managed.

Yes this sucks big time....the waiting game for me is probably going to be a few more days.

I completely understand, 3 of my GE cards have had CLI's but are taking forever to report, Balances that have been paid down take forever and a day to report, auto-cli's never seem to occur. Baddies report forever and ever.

Of course when you don't expect it an increased balance reports seemingly instantly. So your UTL never seems to go down ;-)

I agree completely - waiting is torture.

I expect a significant score jump due to paying down a large chunk of my revolving debt (with a balance on only one CC). However, there were a couple I paid just after the statements cut, so those will not reflect the $0 balances until next month...

And I also got CLIs on all three of my GE cards, but those won't report until late in the month, either.

I know the feeling. When I paid my utilization down from over 80% to about 30% I kept refreshing my reports daily, waiting.. It is a horrible wait, but what a feeling when it does hit and scores jump!

I started a major post-BK cleanup/rebuild In Jan. Disputed a lot, apped for new cards, etc. A lot of things happened quickly and waiting for my daily score/credit pull is getting to feel like I'm waiting for a crack fix or something. Nothing has changed for about 5 days now, (longest wait for a change since I started) I'm in major withdrawal.

I'm in the same boat. I'm waiting for a card to update and next week for a PIF to show. Aaaannnnddd, I'm waiting to get my EX FICO from my CU.

I learned to get my GE cards to report faster by 'updating' my address. Ie if you live on 121 Main St, spell out 'street' and vice versa. GE will automatically 'update' your current info to all 3 bureaus. It usually takes 24-48 hours.

it is helpful when you are planning an app spree can't wait for your normal statement date.

I have had success in the past doing this with BoA, but haven't tried it with the GE cards. It's really too late for this month, as my TU Fico from Walmart has most likely already been pulled, and my GE statements all cut between the 15 - 20th of the month; my new CLIs (with $0 balances) should report before DCU delivers my EQ score on 3/29, though. So, I'm just sitting here playing the waiting game.

On a positive note, since these changes won't reflect on TU until April, that will give me something to look forward to...

Well, good luck with that. When I got mine last May (near the end of the month), it didn't start reporting until July.

Good to know about GE.

I am on the waiting game til the end of the month most likely. I would have had to only go til the 17th or so but Cap One tripled my limit and Discover raised the limit of a card I am an AU on. lol
