So, I called them up and ask for a cli b/c my 4th statement has cut...Well lo' and behold the morons pulled my Equifax and Im in the midst of getting approved for a mortgage loan...Ugggghhhhh! Im so p***ed.......Im gonna close this Sams Card......As if I didnt already have enough to worry about.....

What state are you in that they pulled EQ?

Sorry to hear that bren. I think you are wise to close it.

When I had the Sam's store card(GEMb) it gave me nothing but troubles, and a $16 late fee charge off. It was a nightmare to have that card.

Call them and ask them if they would remove the inq or change it to soft. If you explain your situation they might do it. There is always a risk of hard inq when you ask for CLI. You should have thought about it first. Call and ask they might remove it before you finalize your house financing.

bren39 i am so sorry to hear that,but as far as i know GEMB usually they pull thro EQ & that's what happened to me when i was trying to get 4 of their cc ,and i am living in UTAH .
