BofA Cash Rewards 123 doesn't say 'Visa Signature' on card

My BofA Cash Rewards 123 Visa Signature does not say that it is a Visa Signature on the card itself.

It is in fact a Visa Signature (according to my statements). Does anyone else have this same thing happening?

Hmmm, maybe I'll call them. Mine definitely does not say signature.

I guess it's not that big of a deal, but it still kinda bugs me.

There may be different versions of this card: signatures for those who qualify and non-signatures for those who don't.

There was another post recently about Bank of America temporarily sending somone a card with the wrong design because they ran out of blanks for the correct one. It's possible you got a substitute card.

As long as you can successfully go through Visa Concierge, it really doesn't matter what the card says (though I would be upset too if they sent me a substitute card).

I called today and they said they would send out a signature card. It appears that I got in when they were sending out substitutes.

Don't feel bad. If I had a signature or world MC and it didn't say so on the card I would do the same thing just so that I'd be able to show it off because I'm like that

i think the minimum credit limit for visa signature is $5K.... i think thats what Bofa rep told me on phone.

Anybody please confirm !

That's typically the case and I believe it is for BOFA; however, NFCU and a few others have had Siggy cards at the 2K or so mark at times.

I am actually thinking of changing my visa signature bofa cash rewards 20K to visa regular so that bofa report credit limit and help me imporve my score.

Btw I have another visa signature which i intend to keep same as it is..!

Personally I rather think that's a good plan even if you didn't have an alternate Siggy. . At least if you're carrying utilization that the 20K CL makes a difference on.

Just talked to BofA and changed both Bofa cash rewards 20k and bofa travel rewards 10k to visa platinum from visa signature... csr rep told that same discounts and current reward program will be carried over.
But I just redeemed all rewards jus to be sure!
It will take 3 week she said

Funny that they would make this mistake lol. I'd imagine they have millions of those templates in inventory
