On one of my reports; namely EX, there is an old Spiegel account that was closed per "them" back in 2003 with a balance of $400 reporting on the report. This information is incorrect as both TU and EQ both show $0 balances with the same opening and last activity dates.</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>What is my course of action? Am I to dispute with EX?</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>Thanks much for your help...</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>p.s. For some reason unknown to me...the bank that the card was opened with either went out of business or was sold to another bank.
