Is it normal for it to take 1-3 business days? I talk to the EO yesterday morning and he said he would get back to me with an answer early next week. Is that normal?

Ok thanks for the reply. I see a lot on this board that many people call an seem to get an answer right away. So i wasnt sure if it was normal.

Im trying to get reconcidered fro a Capital 1 card. And I emailed the EO, who then called me yesterday and asked some questions and said they would get back to me early next week

Somehow I knew it was CAP1

you will hear from them in that time frame and if you dont im sending you the email address it works...

oh the irony, I called a number today for Cap1 they told me that I would have to wait until I get the letter to try and recon my app..

It was a number given by one of those horrible chat agents...

It was not a backdoor number (not sure which of those would work)

I emailed the CEO first. Then got a call from the EO. He said regardless of the outcome he will contact me early next week. I have not recieved my denial letter either yet but he still sent me for a manual inquriy for reconsideration.
