I've herd they do cLI after 3 month payment history anyone experince this?

my card is 4 months old but until this month payment I've only have 2 because of a due date change I made there was january statement febuary's was for Dec 19th to feb 1

What is there backdoor line and do they do a hard pull in order to get a increase?

they do a soft pull usually! they may stunt u with a hard tho! just ask up front.
