Just received a call back from the EO. They said they can't convert my current card into a cash rewards but they will be able to add a cash back program onto the card. My rep said she'll let me know about the APR reduction and removal of the AF within 5 days. We're making progress!

Thanks alot daybreak! I'm counting down the days till next Thursday. Thankfully, I got a nice EO employee. I'm wondering how long it will take for the Cash Back reward system to take effect? Anyway, if I get my APR lowered into the teens that'll be awesome, I'll do a balance transfer to it then to take advantage. It's at 24.9% which is ridiculously high. Annual Fee, if it doesn't get removed it's not the end of the world, it would be a bonus for me though.

So as of right now I got 1 out of 3 requests approved!

@Johnny, I just graduated from the credit steps program. So I wouldn't know if the EO rep that I'm dealing with would be willing to do so. It might be pushing my luck.=, since I got auto CLI last month.
