What is your lowest and highest APR?

Just curious b/c I'm trying to get mine down. My lowest is 11.99% with Citi. Highest is 17.99% with Chase.

Other than 0% offers, I think:

14.99% US Bank (Flexperks) and 25.24% Crap1 (Bestbuy)

Lowest is Chase Disney Visa 14.24% and highest is PayPal Smart Conncect 26.99% and Victoria Secrets 26.99%

Outside of my store cards, my lowest is BofA and Discover at 9.99% and highest is 15.24% for Chase.

Wow 7.9% BofA? I thought 9.99% was great. And it allowed me $70k the last time I checked for fun. I didn't want to keep trying and get flagged.

20.99% Amex BCE

That's aside from fixed-interest store cards where everybody pays the same crazy rate. Those I'll always PIF, anyhow.

My main credit goal next year (after my newest accounts are 1 year +) will be to ask for APR reductions on all cards where I'm not already getting an optimal rate.

9.99% BofA Travel Rewards/24.99% Chase Amazon

I got the cards around the same time. One bank was willing to work with me but the other does not. One card has grown over 10K in CLI's, the other has had 1 $300 auto CLI in 2.5 years.

Highest 22.9% PayPal MC

Store

Sony 0% (for 36 mos after that who cares, won't be using it)
Nordstrom 18.99%

All GE Cards are at 22-23%

Citi. I have perfect payment history, but they raised it from 14.99 in 2009 to 29.99 and it has been there ever since. I was carrying a balance for years, made it hard to pay down. Have not had success in lowering it. They always say my account is not eligible for an APR reduction at this time.

My lowest is with Wells Fargo; the card is at the prime rate (3.25% currently) and carries a $19 annual fee. I was told that they don't offer the card anymore; I got it back in 2008 and am glad I did! Once my debt is paid off I'll sock drawer it just to help the AAoA.That's where the remainder of my ever shrinking revolving debt sits. My highest is my Citi ThankYou card at 22.99% (minus the Comenity Cards at 24.99% but I'd never carry a balance on those!). Citi rate jacked me to 29.99% back in February 2010. I started asking them monthly to decrease the rate and finally succeeded in February 2013.
